Job Title: Flex Developer

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Educational Specifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc
Experience: 4-6 Years
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Flex development.
- Hands-on experience with GUI technologies.
- Should have the knowledge of Flex Frameworks such as Cairngorm or PureMVC.
- Should have a good understanding of web application requirements and RIA design.
- Should have the exposure on using Flex Builder or any Java IDE.
- Should have the experience in building thick, event-driven, smart client applications.
- Should have a good knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, Java Design Patterns and Hibernate.
Preferred Requirement:
- Experience in Flex Data Services using LCDS or BlazeDS.
- Knowledge in Ajax, JavaScript and XML.
- Knowledge in any one of the database MySQL / SQL Server.
- Good at problem solving and able to work with minimal direction.
Essential Skills:
Core Java, JDBC, Flex, AIR
Desired Skills:
OOPS Concept, RDBMS Knowledge, UML, Entire SDLC large/medium scale product development involvement.

Senior Software Engineers (SSE)/Project Leader (PL)
eRevMax needs a number of Senior Software Engineer (SSE) and Project Leader (PL) as the development of a number of new products is rolling out this year. Please find below a brief description of our current requirements.
Educational Specifications: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
Position: Permanent
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 5-8 Years
Remuneration: Not a constraint for the right candidate
Tech Skill:
- Lead/senior member of a development team - writes the most complex algorithms & components and mentor other team members in doing so.
- 5 or more years of J2EE Technologies like JSP , Servlets, EJB, DAO, XML/XSLT Web Services programming.
- In-depth understanding of available JAVA related tools/frameworks in the market like Hibernate, Struts, and Spring.
- Ability to incorporate available standards and tools into our in-house development process.
- Strong expertise in MSSQL/MySQL Database with ability to do Stored Procs, optimized SQL query programming with strong understanding of Database concepts.
- Creation of detailed design documentation at class and component level.
- Complete design reviews and code reviews for junior team members and peers.
- Strong experience on Apache Web Server, JBoss, Sun AS.
Soft Skill:
- Thorough grasp of the Business Value associated with the project underway and the ability to articulate this BV to team members.
- Suggest & enact development process enhancements from previous industry experiences.
- Work day to day with the Product Specialist and requirements manager.
- Interviews and be willing part of our screening and hiring process for new employees.
- Career advisor for junior technical team members.
Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA from an institution of repute.
- 5+ years of experience successfully delivering high-value business applications in JAVA/J2EE domain.
- Needs to be strong on Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures etc.
- Product Development background will be preferred. Due advantage will be given for a hospitality/travel domain expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
Please note, that this is more of a Technology oriented role.
