Background: Reuel Ghosh has over 18 years experience in the software development industry as a serial entrepreneur, Reuel brings to eRevMax his passion for innovation. Reuel's combined ability to streamline development and organizational processes has helped provide eRevMax with a world-class development environment creating leading online channel management products.

Reuel has successfully implemented multi-million dollar projects for organisations including Dow Jones, AT&T and Avis. He currently serves as a founding member of a Scottish Enterprise initiative, Global Scots. He also sits on the board of directors of Desiya.in, India's fastest growing travel site and IVIZ, an internet security organisation. Reuel founded eRevMax with Andrew Morsi to provide easy to use innovative technologies to an industry whose main line of business is quickly coming from the internet.

  Executive Board

Background: Michael McCartan has over 14 years experience in Product Management, Business Development, Technical Pre-Sales and Project Management disciplines within the hospitality industry. Michael joined eRevMax as COO in September 2010 and was promoted to CEO in March 2012. In his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) he is responsible for company growth and directing strategic developments across all departments.

Prior to joining eRevMax, Michael was VP Product Management at Pegasus Solutions where he was responsible for the development and management of all distribution services including UltraDirect, UltraSwitch and ODD.

Background: Greg has over 24 years experience in sales, marketing, information systems, information technology, software development, international business management & operations including delivery of enterprise business solutions, and Cloud-based services. Greg joined eRevMax as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in June 2012 and is responsible for developing the commercial operations and product delivery in support of the business’ global expansion and market penetration.

Prior to joining eRevMax, Greg spent 7 years as the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Technology Officer of Hotel Booking Solutions Inc. (HBSi), a US-based Hospitality Electronic Distribution provider, where he was responsible for building and delivering all facets of the companies Software-as-a- Service (SaaS) business to the global hospitality community.

Background: Udai Singh Solanki is one of the founding members of eRevMax. After the inception of the company in late 2001, he created the first version of the RateTiger product within a record time of six months. With over 14 years of experience in product development, Udai, in his CTO role, provides strategic guidance to the development teams, while also overseeing organizational processes and IT strategy. In addition to this, his responsibility also includes hospitality systems integration and Information Security and Management.

Prior to joining eRevMax, Udai worked with a small CRM product company. He completed his graduation from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur and went on to IIT Kharagpur for his Masters in Industrial Engineering & Management,. Udai also completed an Advanced Management Programme from IIM Calcutta. Udai is based in eRevMax's technical development centre located in Kolkata, India, where he oversees all daily operations.

Background: Martin Kotze has over 16 years experience in Public Practice, Finance Systems implementation and Financial Management. He joined eRevMax in January 2012 following a career at Shell Oil Company.

As the Chief Financial Officer for eRevMax, Martin plans, coordinates, monitors and administers all functional activities and policies related to treasury and finance, accounting, budgeting, reimbursement fees, insurance and financial analysis. Martin is responsible for the performance of all eRevMax financial business units across USA, Europe, India and Asia.

Background: Keith Watson has 14 years experience in the travel and retail internet distribution segment and is considered an ecommerce specialist. He was appointed as VP Corporate Product at eRevMax in August 2010 leading the development and growth of RTCorp, RateTiger's rate shopping system for hotel groups, corporate travel buyers and travel websites. In February 2012 Keith became Head of Commercial Operations to manage key client accounts and take customer services to the next generation.

Formerly the owner and director of Internet Retail Technologies, Keith has a specialist knowledge in search engine optimisation (SEO), web sales and development. Prior to Internet Retail Technologies, Keith was sales manager for IDeaS Revenue Management and has experience in online distribution and PMS following successful roles at WorldRes, and PMS companies Ramesys and Hotel Information Systems.
