Customers using RateTiger give thumbs up to eRevMax

Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey reveals four out of five users recommend RateTiger

When it comes to accurate and reliable information, no-one can beat eRevMax’s RateTiger channel management solution according to its users. The result of the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey revealed that 4 out of 5 customers would recommend RateTiger, the award winning channel management solution, to other hoteliers across the world.

The eRevMax customer survey received responses from RateTiger users across the world* assessing eRevMax’s performance with regards to product delivery, data accuracy and quality of services. The high marks were attained as a result of both accurate data and ease of use for the product’s interface, with 83% customers rating RateTiger tools as reliable and easy to use.

In the training category, 85% of customers said they received the level of training needed to help them improve channel optimization of OTAs through the RTSuite channel manager. Four out of five customers (79%) believe the RateTiger solution has proven to be value for money.
