Background
Chateau Versailles' Electronic Distribution Manager was spending up to a full day every day updating multiple extranet channels with new rates. The hotel was struggling to maintain its policy of Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) and with the increasing importance of web bookings, rates were becoming impossible to manage.
