On Our Products

The Hotel Mayfair Paris is a privately owned and managed property of 50 rooms in Paris. We started our collaboration with eRevMax in 2006, are currently managing 10 IDS and are planning to have 15 in a few weeks. The interface is user friendly and very easy to understand and use. The new quick update functionality spares a lot of time! The support team is always available for corrections, changes and updates. After one year of use, we decided to carry on our collaboration because we think it is a mature and efficient product that allows our small team to be as efficient as very structured chains hotels teams.

We have been using RTA for two years and it is honestly the best purchase I have made during my career as a hotelier. Every word of their motto "save time, make money" rings true; updating our 12 different extranets can basically be done by a few mouse clicks through RTA. If any problems arise, their highly efficient helpdesk is always available to answer any queries. Once you start using RTA, you will never stop.
