Introducing of Rate Parameter Shopping
Hotel rates are shopped by many different types of companies from corporate bookers, travel websites and hotels. Comparing a standard double, inc breakfast and free internet access – in real-time will provide that competitive advantage.

Key Filters: Room type and meal plan

Within the key filters there are multiple sub-categories to select what rate components you want to view. Simply check the required filters and apply them to your report to see rates based on your chosen combination from your selected websites. Crucially all filters are shopped regardless of the view defined. This allows the user to change the parameters after the shop without shopping again.

Rate Filter Setup: Option to create your own room type
You now have the opportunity to define your own room type filters from the new Rate Filter Setup tab in the Settings screen. Either choose from the default list of room types for filtering the rates, or edit the list to add/delete/rename room types as required. Further, you can add new keywords and map it to define the newly created/renamed room type. The current list of keywords can also be edited as required.

Scheduled Report: Create Data File
A new option called ‘Data File’ has been included in the drop down list in the ‘Convert To’ section in your report screen. This will enable you to transfer all the data into as excel file. The data file will include rates of all hotels in all the websites included by you, along with additional information like star rating, city and country of the hotel, etc.
