Sentiment Rating

Through the use of semantic technology RTReview can now analyse guest review patterns in the words and phrases used in guests' feedback.

These are automatically grouped and rated as Positive, Neutral or Negative based on the textual sentiments in each guest review, thereby giving you a clear indication of overall perception of your product.

Enhanced Reports

The Website Analysis report depicts the number of reviews received by website, average score and number of positive, neutral and negative reviews.

The Category Analysis report shows the number of reviews received in each category, average score by category as well as total hotel score.

Access Reviews from Twitter

With the integration of Twitter reviews, you can now use RTReview to manage your important social media channels.

Reviews posted on Twitter or tweets referencing your hotel will now be visible within your RTReview screen alongside reviews from all other websites.
