Another key area is to provide a safe workplace while promoting professional development for our employees. For a healthy work environment, eRevMax promotes Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment at Workplace through a formal policy among various other sustainable initiatives.

The guiding principle for our CSR programs is to promote education, skill advancement and raise employability for underprivileged children and youth. Our CSR policy provides the guidelines for the projects and activities undertaken by the CSR committee which comprises of our employee volunteers. Through this policy, our CSR strategy has been aligned with the corporate vision, mission and values thus creating social impact.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives revolve around contributing to a healthy ecosystem and strong communities. We strive to ensure that the communities engaged through our CSR initiatives experience certainty in their lives. Our endeavour is to promote education, skill advancement and raise employability for underprivileged children and youth. The mission is to influence young minds such that they develop an ‘I CAN’ attitude towards life and strive to become global citizens.

Promotion of Education

Promoting primary and secondary education by mentoring a group of students from small schools in the vicinity of our Kolkata office, having planned interactions with them, and igniting the fire of ‘I CAN’ in young minds with the objective of reducing the drop-out rate of students before the secondary level.

Employability and skill advancement

Imparting practical training to engineering, computer science and post graduate students through its internship programs. A recurring concern that we have heard at multiple industry events is the lack of experienced professionals at entry level. The challenge is that freshers from various universities and institutes have the theoretical knowledge but they lack the skill set required for high pressure and competitive work environment. Hence we initiated our internship program to assist fresh graduates and engineers to gain hands-on practical training in a professional setting so as to prepare them for the tough road ahead.

Social Drives and Campaigns

Organizing drives for large-scale causes such as disaster relief, awareness programmes on environmental concerns and participating in community development program as identified by the CSR committee. inception in 2001.


Our CSR initiatives have been progressing strongly over the past years and have shown positive impact, which further motivates and drives the team to do more.

Promotion of Education

We continue to expand our network of beneficiaries and from a select batch of 22 students, we have extended to over 120 students in the last few years. We work closely with two primary schools in Kolkata and try to motivate the students to ensure they continue their education while growing socially as responsible citizens. The implementation of our ‘I CAN’ project is being done using various platforms including the following –

  • Regular mentoring session with students & parents
  • Computer, English and Mathematics classes to promote literacy among children
  • Theatre workshops to promote personality development
  • Sit and draw competitions, dance drama, essay competition, games, quiz contests & other co-curricular activities for personal development
  • Sessions on various topics ranging from personal hygiene & cleanliness to India and its culture to different professions etc.
  • Regular collection drive in office to promote donation of old clothes, shoes, books, toys etc. that can be recycled and reused and donated to street children.
  • Daan-Utsav celebrated annually in October – aim is to fulfill at least one wish for every child.

Employability and Skill Advancement:

Recently, we recruited 66 fresh graduates of whom 18 have been absorbed by the company for permanent positions based on their performance and potential. The rest are at various stages of their internship or have been absorbed by other companies.
