Gigaproject Neom to welcome Saudi Arabia’s first W Hotel

Trojena will have the first W hotel in Saudi Arabia and a JW Marriott property.  Marriott International has signed an agreement with NEOM to open two luxury properties in Trojena, NEOM’s mountain destination located in the northwest region of Saudi Arabia. The agreement includes Saudi Arabia’s first W Hotel and a JW Marriott property.


Dusit Thani Mogan Mountain, Huzhou, makes its debut

Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, represented in China by Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts, has continued its expansion in China with the opening of the highly anticipated Dusit Thani Mogan Mountain, Huzhou – the 11th luxury Dusit-branded property in China. The high-speed railway station (Deqing) is conveniently accessible within 30 minutes.


Atlantis The Royal achieves #44 in World’s Best Hotels 2023, a Dubai first.

$1B private capital investment for Grand Sierra Resort, Reno, Nev

Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) in Reno, Nev., announced what will be the largest private capital investment in the city’s history. Over the next decade, plans are underway to infuse approximately $1 billion into the existing 140-acre property. The arena will span approximately 300,000 square feet and offer contemporary amenities, including suites and premium hospitality clubs.


Nagaland to get its first five-star hotels 

In a historic turn of events, Hotel Polo Towers Group partnered with the Department of Tourism, Government of Nagaland, to announce a milestone agreement of bringing in the first five-star properties in the state. The agreement encompasses the development of a five-star hotel with a mall in Dimapur and a five-star in Kohima.
